Sampling
To compliment our mold and die design and manufacturing,
Hellebusch Tool &
Die can also provide in house sampling with the variety of injection
molding machines we have.
Machine capacity varies from 100 tons to 390 tons. See

list.
Heat Treating
The majority of our heat treating is outsourced. The company that
provides our heat treating guarantees that all materials processed meet
NTMA specifications.
For small parts or emergencies our electric heat treat furnace and our
electric tempering furnace both have the capacity to handle a 12" by 12"
by 18" workpiece and the heat treating furnace has a controlled nitrogen
atmosphere. Local stress relieving operations are done in a furnace that
can handle a workpiece of 30" by 30" by 48" with a weight of 2000
pounds.
